Childbirth pain is an unfortunate reality and one of the worst kinds of pain that women have to endure. Often, this kind of pain is very intense and it prolongs over a period of time and will even radiate from several different parts of the body. Another way to get relief from childbirth pain is to practice methods of relaxation that will ensure that the muscles do not tense up. In addition, it pays to identify the best position for labor as well as for pushing the baby out of the body as this too will ensure less amount of childbirth pain. In case it is desired to stop the childbirth pain at the spinal cord there is need to provide stimulus to the woman’s spine and if it is desired to make the brain not feel too much pain, use of certain medications such as Nubain can prove to be effective.
