He wants to offer information and advice products on the internet so he has opened a blog specifically for beginning the process of creating information and advice products for marketing and distribution online. Rodger has been the primary developer of a research and consulting technology used all over the world for predicting and influencing behavior and motivation of individuals and groups. This technology is called the LAB Profile (Language And Behavior Profile). He initially developed this instrument and started using it in 1980 and has been consulting, training, and coaching with it for 28 years.
He thinks that the LAB Profile may be one of the most powerful linguistic tools ever offered. He has been using it with companies like IBM, TRW, HP, and EDS help organize and optimize departments and business units.
