Great article! I think I’ve nailed down the wine storage situation; I have a wooden wine rack that we keep in the living room for wines that are consumed more often (and I keep it in a corner that's away from sunlight), and then a EuroCave that holds our specialty wines (set at 56ºF). I perused online for a long time in search of these storage items, and I ended up buying them from Vintage Cellars (and there was free shipping!).
